      Before launching my practice, I was with the Corporate and M&A group at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, where I represented clients across a range of industries in sophisticated transactional matters. My experience in a large-firm environment shaped how I approach legal work: disciplined, detail-oriented, and focused on managing risk without losing sight of the business objective.
